There is one thing in the world called " FAIR".

I did a bit shopping after lunch.

Guess what, I bought Pride and Prejudice in Dymocks.

When I went to cashier to pay it,

he said "wow, look at that, Pride and Prejudice, classic, and for this one, the classic"

" yeah, I always love it".

I told Fish this news, and he came back to me with" My god Gracy, a romantic classic novel, you will cry reading that one.'

 

After that, i went to pick up my watch in the watch shop. I bang it on the door in the office last friday and  the glass dropped off. I sent it there to get repaired.

But it turned out they put back the glass but mis-took one arm out.

I told them and they said it was their silly mistake.

I smiled at them and whispered in mind: lucky you are the shop owner, otherwise you get fired for this.

 

Fellows, enjoy the rest of sunny day.

I am not a responsible person, to some extent.

I chickened out in front of my friend. What am I afraid of? I dont know.

I should say, but I kept silent.

I thought I could not protect anyone forever.

Hope it is not a mistake for my whole life.

Well,

since I am taking a break after that bad test, I have caught up with lots of dvds

Just finished Pride and Prejudice, it is the second time, I am kinda follower of it. Hollywood people love to put it on the big screen which pleased me a lot, because I love to see different Darcy again and again.

 

This Pride and Prejudice is 2005 version, I can remember the year because it had a big promotion that year in Sydney when I was visiting Sydney alone first time. I saw the posters everywhere. It is a beautiful poster so I was very pleasant to see them in sydney, espesically when sun came down, it shined with a glorious wheat yellow.

 

If people ask me, I will recommend 1995 version of PP (BBC version). It is the most delicated film I have ever seen before. Those English accent, dresses and British country views are so impressive. Mr. Darcy and Liz are so in love, besides all the misunderstandings but they are never intimate until the end of the movie. Mr. Darcy kisses Liz on her lips. such a releif...

 

The good thing is I always got new things by watching movies again and again. Girls like to be crossed in love becaust it leaves them something to think. Don' t be blind.

 

One shameful thing is I have not got chance to read this book yet. I will try to make up for it.

I was expecting a big storm yesterday to cool everything down a bit.

It did not happen until early this morning, I guess, coz I went to sleep quiet early after a very tedious day yesterday. And I heard the raining this morning.

Sun came out this afternoon. Lovely sunshine. Warm me up again.

The seats have been booked in Opera House for La Bohemen. Centre in the stalls. People told me it is the best row in the opera.

It is a roadshow of La Bohemen, one of the "ABC" set. I heard it is a simple love story with glorious music.

 

And I did some other bookings this afternoon as well. Sometimes, I think I can be a very qualified EA. I like to make people happy, almost the time.

 

Tomorrow night is the first class of Squash. I teamed up with Hayley (not our hayley, Hayley in BE) to learn it together just coz we dont wanna look stupid as a beginner. But I am not sure. I will go to play it if I still have energy left after tortured by Corporate Governance tomorrow.

 

I do miss those talkings in last couple months. still have lots wanna talk. Just I cannot do it anymore. Sorry. I ran out of credits.

 

Saw something today on the mag, "keep your option open before marriage" . So true, do not rush to lock your future.

 

As to my plan, everything goes well so far. I will use every ounce of my energy to make it happen.

 

Moon came out now. Time to be tortured.

 

PS: Happy B-day, my old lady, Ella. though I am still confused that your bday is today or tomorrow? I thought it is this Thursday.

We used to give lots of attentions to those chics in noisy cars in the city at night,

Tonight, I have been a kool chic in that fancy red Corvette in the city at night. And people gave me lots of attention.

Sydney is really beautiful at night.

I've been learning how to drive manual for couple of weeks.

The first day was amazing. It was like i was born to drive. I just got everything that quick.

The weeks after that, I did not make any improvements, and started to do "kangroo hop", like saying hello to everyone.

 

I was so busy in the car, those arms and legs. How people can drive while thinking of coordinating arms and legs?

Why bother to drive a manual car, given so many smarter autos out there in the world. They do everything for you.

 

And I was practising in a small place. I need to find a quiet straightish road to change the gear all the way up to 4th and back down again without going around in circles which made me really dizzy.

 

Although I have lots of confusions of driving manual, I keep doing it. coz it would be really kool having one hand on the wheel and one hand on the gear. And it would be reall kool to drive manual in front of all my friends, coz they don't.

I am proud of being a BearingPointer, though sometimes it is really really difficult.

In 4 years, I am getting to know worldwild people, and know them well. such a good feeling.

Tomorrow, the fifth year begins. Full of hopes.

We get things done differently.

 

AHhhhhh, I am so tired. All I can do is lying in bed with my arms and legs spread apart.

I planned to torture somebody on the driving way back home.

We ended up with talking peacefully, even some jokes.

Need peace after a tiring day.

NO more hassles, as long as we fully understand each other.

 

I was studing how the clutch works. Since I started to learn how to drive manual car, I became interested in the mechanism in the car.

People might be driving a car for years yet don't have slighest clue about how clutch works.

Now I can draw a simple picture and explain it to you.

 

Okay time for hit the sheet. Leave the books tomorrow morning.

 

I am hopeless today.

 

I planned to try the shortcut to the office. It ended up with my lost and taking off from home again.

 

I tried to change my Ielts test date. It ended up with my visa left behind at home.

 

I went to class this afternoon. It ended up with my sneaking out in the break. The saddest thing is lecturer did not take the roll as usual before break.

 

I scheduled to cook for the lunch box tonight. It ended up that I nearly burnt everything. screaming, lots of screamings!!!

 

I am supposed to be studying right now. but I hate myself so much today and cannot concentrate on anything.

 

Nothing's done and I am disabled.

 

Tomorrow is another day.

 

I have done my worst today. Hope seeing you can end up my bad luck.

The most horrible thing happens on me is I don't know what to do next, coz I always know what's my next movement.

I made a decision today when the sky was cleared up and the sun came back.

Happiness.

Took a stroll with hayley along the Meadowbank river in summer night.

We tried to find those feelings we had in Gold Coast.

 

Remember how we spent that week in Gold Coast,

We knew each other and grew in love,

you smiled and I enjoyed it,

'that what you all gave me and I want to give you forever ', I thought so on the plane back to sydney that night.

 

We repeated word 'single five' tonight looking for that feeling like we were taking a stroll on Gold Coast beach.

 

something is missing now. I don't know what it is, but definitely something.

 

I said I would not go back to Gold Coast again... but now I do miss those days we spent there, miss those people I got to know there, very much. They changed now.

 

You can feel that, can't you?

Talked with Elieen this afternoon after 2 beers in social drinks.

she told me the place she went for her honeymoon in Greece - Santorini.

back home from dinner, recieved the msg saying Eileen had added me to her facebook.

Then I saw those pictures they took in Santorini. OMG - can't be that beautiful.

Greece is always a perfect place for honeymoon.

 

Only selfish people never take time for friends,

busy is always their excuse,

I am not a selfish person at all.

I go for dinner with friends all the time even I have no a penny left in my pocket in terms of broke.

In case people complain me about too many short articles, I wanna talk about male belly dancer here.

I had a short discussion about this topic with one of my friends last night on the phone when I was doing night reading in bed.

He thinks belly dancers are wierd. and I said I have seen a male belly dancer here in sydney.

Can you imagine a man has his half belly exposured and shaking? no sexy, not even a drop! at least nightmare to me.

I got a friend, wherever he goes, he buys me a T-shirt.

They are hang up in my closet. Aloha shirt, I-Love-NY tee shirt, Yale tee shirt, and they are couples more, composing a world map. pretty kool, isn't it?

So now I am a kinda T-shirt collector.

 

I went to Dymocks after my manual driving lesson this afternoon. I saw a thick book on the shelf which is a whole collection of Jane Austen, Emma, Persuation, Pride and Prejudice... reminded me the movie - the Jane Austen Book Club.

 

20 bucks for the whole collection. I did not buy it coz I was after another book. but pretty nice for the Jane Austen fans.
